Return & Exchange
Of course we want you to LOVE your item, but returns or exchange are inevitable and it’s totally fine to change your mind.
Please find below our return/ exchange policy:
Request of return/ exchange must be done within 21 days from the date of order. Sale items are final Sale.
* Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original tags attached.
* Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Glam & Fame reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 21 day policy.
* Gift receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only.
* Exchange is only available for a different size or color of the same item.
* Please enclose a copy of a completed exchange/ return form together with the returning item/s.
* You can return your parcel with any non-signature required postage service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE?
STEP 1 - REQUEST AND COMPLETE EXCHANGE/ RETURN. Please proceed to "Order History" page and find the "Exchange/Return" link located next to each order status. Click on the order you wish to perform an exchange/refund. Complete the exchange/return form. Click next to double check the information and click submit to proceed with the request.
STEP 2 - SHIP YOUR RETURN ITEM(S) WITH THE COMPLETED EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM.You will receive an email from us once your request is completed. Print out the completed exchange/return form. Mail to us your returning item(s) with any non-signature required postage service enclosed with a copy of the form.
STEP 3 - FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST.Your request will be processed upon the receipt of your return parcel. Refund will be made to your original form of payment- this is usually done within 2 working days. Funds will appear in your upcoming statement. An email with refund details will be sent to you after the refund transaction is completed.
